I weighed myself this morning, on our quite old scale. I kind of hope that the scale is inaccurate because the numbers are high (but remains precise enough that I can get differences and trends that are meaningful).

The body fat measurements are done with the impedance plates built into the scale – I’ve no idea of how accurate they are or how reliable that method is.
So, now I have a baseline to compare progress against.
So begins my first day dieting properly. No rice or bread or potatoes.
