52newthings – Week 3

Last week was pretty successful, in terms of getting out of bed nice and early – not as much with the going to bed early as well, but that’s ok – I’m keeping my sleep debt to manageable levels so far. This week (which, clearly, has already started), I am going to capitalize on the extra morning time by starting each day with a bit of Yoga – today and yesterday we (Peta is dong this with me) went for a couple of run throughs of basic sun salutations, but we’ll probably add a little bit to it as we build up momentum.

Looking further back, the slow-carb diet is definitely gone at the moment – I’m eating pretty normally again. I haven’t gained back all the weight I lost on the diet, but I’m sure that some of that is the extra exercise I’ve been trying to do (mostly running).
